Our operating hours are Monday – Thursday 08:00-16:00. We have a cancellation list that we will follow accurately and fairly. However, we cannot guarantee any cancellation appointments will become available, so please book in regardless to avoid disappointment.

It is important to note that the available dates/times shown to you will be based on the address that you register on our system. We work in multiple locations, therefore all dates are available to all postcodes until the first appointment of that date is booked, after this the system will locate any remaining available appointments on that day to that area. We operate this way to maximise efficiency and ensure we can get to each appointment in a timely manner. If you are based outside of our current operating areas, however are within a 25 mile radius of Worthing, please feel free to submit a request via ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Book Online’ and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Due to the nature of the mobile grooming set up, with the potential of traffic, grooms overrunning and other unpredictable factors, appointment times booked are approximate. Please allow anywhere between 1 hour before to 1 hour after your appointment time slot for your groomer to arrive. We will always try our best to be on time and to keep in touch if we expect to be early/late. However, this may not always be possible.

Please be aware the mobile grooming salon is a very large vehicle and requires, at minimum, a parking space of 7 metres. This can be a driveway or roadside, however we do ask that you ensure there is a space available at least 30 minutes prior to our arrival. If we have had to park on a surrounding road, it is your responsibility to bring your dog to us and collect them from us. If we are unable to park outside your selected groom location, on the same road or on one of the surrounding roads within 15 minutes of arriving, we withhold the right to cancel your groom and you will be liable for the entire cost of the groom (please refer to our T&Cs).
